Real Estate transactions can be stressful and it’s really important that all
the T’s are crossed and the I’s dotted. When you’re a busy agent some details
might get missed. That’s where I come in as a Berkeley Escrow Coordinator.
I have worked in the real estate field for seven years and fully understand the escrow process; I am also very organized and have a great attention to detail. Having gone through the process myself as both a buyer and a seller, I know how important it is to have a smooth escrow.
For a flat fee of $300* per file I will handle your escrow from beginning to end.
