
Just the thing to go with your fake beer belly! (see previous post) The site says that this deep fried pizza goodness was inspired by the Scottish, who like to deep-fry everything they can. Now I understand why I love fried food so much – I’m Scottish! And Southern, which we all know is the modern epicenter of fried food.
Sadly, this pizza is only available in Brooklyn, NY, but the pictures are still mouth watering. They even have a short video showing how they make it. Check it out!

This is the same state fair that brought about the corn dog. The Web site said Neil and Carl Fletcher conjured up a sweetened corn-battered wiener on-a-stick and sold it for 15 cents during the 1942 State Fair of Texas.
