Pee With The Fishes.

A couple of years ago, I found a picture of the coolest bathroom sink I had ever seen. And now there’s a toilet to go with it! I’m so excited. I love bathrooms. I used to make my mom take me to the bathroom when we’d go somewhere, whether I had to use it or not. Sometimes I would walk in, look around, and leave. Sometimes I still do.

A clear two-piece toilet tank, the Fish ‘n Flush is a see-through aquarium wrapped around a normal toilet tank.

Devon Niccole, marketing director for AquaOne Technologies Inc., which specializes in water conservation equipment for the home, said, “We wanted to develop a product that had a dual purpose – to serve as a proper, fully functional toilet and also as a source of entertainment and conversation.” The design company based in California worked with a marine biologist to ensure that no fish would be harmed when the toilet flushes.

The toilet has just hit the market and sells for about $299.00. The 2.2-gallon aquarium fits most toilets and is easily removed for cleaning. The toilet tank holds 2.5 gallons supplying enough pressure for flushing.

“Some people think we’re nuts but other just love it and parents are using it to help their children with potty training,” Nicole says, “One thing you can guarantee is that people will be talking about it after seeing it in your home.”

I know someone who already takes forever and a day in the bathroom. If a fish tank toilet were in there, they’d never come out!
