There’s something strange in the fashion water down in Hollywood these days. Will someone please explain to me what the heck is going on?

First we have Avril Lavigne as she will appear on her upcoming album cover.

Then there’s Britney Spears in a sheer black dress – and what’s that? – why, it’s a price tag! Very classy Britney, very classy indeed.

Below Britney Spears is singer Aubrey O’Day of Danity Kane* who seems to be channeling her inner 80s Prom Queen.

To her left is Michelle Rodriguez, all decked out for the Marc Jacobs fashion show in New York yesterday. You go girl! Rock that Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitor!

Oh goodness. More proof that something is up in the Hollywood fashion world. Yikes.

On the left is Britney Murphy, wearing a Flashdance on crack get-up. On the right there’s Paris Hilton, who looks like she got some hair styling tips from Donald Trump.
