Here’s a little bit of Anna Nicole Smith news….
Back in 1994 when Anna was getting her boobs done, apparently the Dr. videotaped the procedure without permission. Now he’s trying to sell it and make a few bucks.
Ah, the American way! Exploit others and make money.
So far, the video release has been blocked by a judge.
The injunction prevents the sale, distribution or dissemination of the videotape.In court documents, first obtained by CelebTV.com, Stern accused Gerald Wayne Johnson, the Texas doctor who performed the surgery, of sending a tape showing the procedure to Thomas Riccio, a Los Angeles-based memorabilia dealer…
… In a letter written June 22, [Dr.] Johnson said he routinely records surgeries with the patient’s permission and promises to keep the video confidential “during the patient’s lifetime.” Johnson said he gave Riccio permission to use the video after Smith died. CNN.com

He is a certified plastic surgeon in Houston, Texas.
He is inventor of the belly-button boob job better known as “Trans-Umbilical Breast Augmentation,’ or T.U.B.A.
He was a flight surgeon for the U.S. Air Force, and served in Vietnam for a year.

Quite simply, Howard K. Stern, Anna’s companion, is the one who’s wanting the film to be kept from being seen. I believe good ol’ boy, Howie is just pissed he doesn’t have a piece of the action and can’t make MORE money off of dear dead Anna. It’s a never ending saga with this case. But stay tuned. I think the next few weeks will be real interesting…
