Now, the Stern camp is insinuating that Daniel was “depressed” and suffered from severe pains. Wayne Munroe, lawyer for Stern, claims Daniel was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit during the summer of 2006 for depression after breaking up with his [Daniel's] girlfriend.

In all my years, I have NEVER heard of anyone being admitted into ICU for depression. Also, Daniel’s been gone now for almost a year and a half. NO (ex) GIRLFRIEND has ever come forward, which makes me think she’s a figment of Stern’s esquires.

Stern has lied so many times I can’t even begin to count them. But, he’s lied under oath numerous time and it is my hope he gets his ass thrown in jail, which is too easy in my opinion.

Howard Stern and his sister, Bonnie, are greedy and self serving people in my eyes. There are more to come; lawsuits abound that I’ve lost track. The most recent happenings in the ANS case is an owner of a blog site was served subpoenas. Woohoo! It is my belief this owner has had contact with Bonnie, who then spoke with Howard.

Howard’s recent deposition is full of lies. He claims to not know anything about bloggers or has blogged himself. Oh, I can’t wait until this all comes out in a court of law.

There are so many facets to this case that’s it’s hard to keep track of it all, between lawsuits Stern has filed and those filed against Virgie Arthur (Anna’s mother)-who by the way filed a counter suit against Stern- and also one against Rita Cosby, who wrote Blonde Ambition.

I want Howard in jail at the VERY least. He needs to be disbarred for unethical practices and repay any monies he’s syphoned off Anna, Daniel or Dannielynn. Hell, I’d want him in jail simply for being such a disgraceful example of a human being! And his sister Bonnie can go right along with him.

All I can say is Daniel and Anna will not rest in peace until all these legal shenanigans are resolved. I hope it happens before I end up a senior citizen.

Yes, it’s mind boggling that Howard has gotten away with all that he has. Now, I have a very strong feeling he had something to do with, if not killed Daniel and Anna Nicole. It’s a gut feeling on my part and many others I know (and maybe don’t know) feel the same way. However, in a court of law, it does absolutely no good.

Howard may be a University of California educated and graduate, a wanna be lawyer with only one client in over 12 years but…he knows how to play all the legalities. He’s a master of delay, stall and appeal. Also, in this entire and never ending drama, corruption on various levels involved in this case is evident; medical, legal, political. Justice takes time. It’s my belief it’s taking so long because when the charges come, they want to be sure #1-they know what the charges are, and #2-they want to be sure the charges stick.

The Inquest being held in a different country makes it hard to determine just how the case is proceeding. There hasn’t been a whole lot of media coverage about it. I get my info from Bahamas Journal and Nassau Guardian.

How long Mommy and Daddy Stern will “support” Howard is an unknown. Until the money’s gone? And I DO believe it’s Anna, Daniel and Dannielynn’s money he’s been living off of for years. Your guess as to what’s left of Anna’s Estate.

Yes, Howard is still squatting at the Horizons. I can’t begin to tell you why, since much of this makes no sense to me. As for who’s paying the utility bills, I’d bet it’s Anna’s Estate. My opinion only, of course.

Ben Thompson (not Tom) and Ford Shelley own the Horizons. Why they haven’t kicked stern’s @@@ out is beyond me. But I’m GUESSING that they may be waiting until the Inquest resumes (late January 2008.) They will both testify and who knows what the fall out will be? Timing is everything. One can’t be to zealous in this case. Howie’s so slimy, he’s slippery. Want to make sure he gets what’s coming to him. I want him to pay the consequences of his actions.

Howie being investigated…hmmm…….what a delicious idea! What I know is the Dept. of Justice DEA and a few other departments and agencies are certainly looking into him. Jerry Brown, Ca. Atty. General gave a press release towards the end of March this year. I can’t remember all the departments he named, who are involved in this case. But I hope the IRS too!

The Inquest into the death of Daniel Wayne Smith resumes January 28, 2008. I hope and pray it finishes its course, with some kind of resolve.

IF the Bahamian legal system is so corrupt and Howie gets off scot free, it is my last and only hope the California investigation will be what hangs his sorry hairy stanky @@@ up on a sling.

Right now, it’s a waiting game. But stern isn’t looking too good. The Illegal Alens premier in Nassau was a complete bust! MAYBE a dozen people came to the premier, free open bar and food in a place set up for 500 people. LMAO!!!! Rita’s throwing a big shin dig in New York City on October 6, for some 700 guests. Plus as surprise guest that will speak at the soiree`. (I’m making myself nuts trying to guess who it is!) I’m sure it’s to bolster her credibility, and hopefully to thumb her nose (but she’s too classy, and I’m not) at Howard, Larry and Lin.

The Inquest for Daniel is coming and I can promise you, MORE WILL BE REVEALED. Larry’s in too deep. He learned well from HowiePoo. LarrySue is suing everyone, yet no papers have been filed.

Larry on Greta tonight said he was going to bring out people to prove Debra Opri is lying. He’s drugging, being manipulated and arrogant AND he’s scared. I believe Howard K. Stern killed Daniel Smith. I can’t provide a link and no proof has been provided to date. But as time progresses, sources will reveal themselves.
