It’s time to start thinking about what you want for Christmas – or whatever gift-giving/getting holiday you celebrate.
Here are two great ideas that are going on my list for sure!
It’s a bit hard to read, so here’s what the Nipple Bra ad says:
The look is so provocative, no one would believe you’re actually wearing a bra. Yet you get all the support you want.
Our exclusive braless-look-bra is the very first bra to have its own built-in nipple. Imagine having that sensual cold weather look all the time. It’s so sexy, it’ll give your shape a whole new eye-opening dimension.
The bra is available in beige, white or black. It’s made from sheer nylon trimmed with daisy lace. Sizes 32-34-36. The bra is machine washable.
Doesn’t that just make you want to order one right this instant?
Fun facts about the bra:
Around 2500 BC, female warriors from the Greek isle of Crete wore a bra-like garment that pushed their naked breasts up and left them hanging on the outside of their clothes.
In an effort to create what they believed was an alluring bust line, women of the Renaissance Period stuffed their chest undergarments with handkerchiefs and silk pouches, squeezing their breast together.
Marie Tucek got a patent for the “Breast Supporter” in 1893. Her creation had a pocket for each breast and straps that went over the shoulders, securing in place with hook and eye closures.
The Maidenform Company was started in the 1920s by Ida Rosenthal, an immigrant from Russia, and her husband William, who weren’t too fond of the flapper girl’s flat-chested look. Ida created bras for every stage of life, from puberty on, and is responsible for the different bra cup sizes.
