I Wish Today Was Last Saturday.

At this time last Saturday, I was preparing for the Download Festival; a day that’s all about rocking out. Today, I am preparing to help my friend move; a day that’s all about packing cars to the fullest and lifting boxes. Then there’s trying to maneuver furniture around corners and through doors.

Hmmm, I think last Saturday was a little more fun. Oh well, that’s what friends do. This particular friend helped me move a couple years ago, so I guess it’s payback now.

Saturday is the only day of the week in which the English name comes from Roman mythology.

Saturday was also the preferred day to hunt vampires as that was the day they had to remain in their coffins. It was also believed that someone born on a Saturday could see a vampire when it was invisible.
