Give Thanks To A Recovering American Soldier
No matter what your political or religious persuasion, I’m sure you can agree that all humans need love and support, especially those who are far from home fighting for their lives.
Got extra holiday cards? Send Season’s Greetings and Good Tidings to:
A Recovering American Soldier
c/o Walter Reed Army Medical Center
6900 Georgia Avenue, NW
Washington , D.C. 20307-5001
It will be good for their soul. And yours.

This idea is BOGUS do not follow these instructions under any circumstance. SEE http://www.snopes.com/politics/christmas/soldiercards.asp
Please forward this to as many people as you can!
However we here at VFW Post 8208, PO Box653, Ruckersville VA 22968 will be happy to deliver your cards and gifts to the recovering soldiers. We are doing a Christmas dinner for them at VFW Post 3150 and will be there daily thru the Holidays. See http://www.adoptasoldier.us
I do not know who keeps sending the bogus address but we here at our Post actually know a wounded guy at Walter Reed whose job it is to return or trash generic mail!
