Celebrities (as well as the ridiculously rich) have had a love affair with illegal activity for generations. Lately, the sexy DUI arrest seems to be the most popular.

Barron Hilton and Jason Davis are the latest to join the elite click.

In the early hours of Tuesday February 12th Paris Hilton’s little brother Barron was arrested for driving under the influence.

The 18-year-old has now officially been charged with unlicensed driving, unlawful use of a license, misdemeanor driving with an alcohol level of .08 or above, and of course DUI. His next court date is scheduled for April 14th.

Jason Davis, the brother of Brandon “Lindsay Lohan is a fire crotch” Davis was arrested last Friday while driving along Ventura Blvd in Van Nuys. He was arrested for DUI; at the time it was reported that cocaine was found in his car.

But it wasn’t cocaine.

Today he was charged with misdemeanor DUI, and felony possession of a controlled substance – a nice little drug we like to call heroin.

And then there’s Joe Francis of “Girls Gone Wild” fame who is behind bars in Nevada awaiting his tax evasion trial, and facing charges in Florida for taping underage girls. Today a judge denied Joe’s request to leave the Nevada jail without then being picked up by Florida authorities, who have “no intention whatsoever” of letting him leave Nevada a free man.
