Miley Cyrus Is Nude And Ashley Dupre Sues.
I have absolutely no sympathy for Ashley Dupre. Ever since her name hit the gossip radar, she’s been trying to extend her 15 minutes of fame by whoring herself out to whomever will pay. That’s not really going so well, so now she’s giving the good ‘ol lawsuit a try.
The target of her angst is none other than Joe Francis. The suit states that Girls Gone Wild misused Ashley’s name and image for profit. Basically, Ashley is all huffy because Joe Francis made money off her image before she did.
“It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification.” Gone Hollywood
In other wild girl news, Miley Cyrus is once again trying to justify racy pictures she voluntarily posed for. This time, it’s a photo taken by superstar photographer Annie Leibovitz for Vanity Fair. The 15-year-old is pictured in a slouched position, holding a sheet over her bare chest, with her hair swept over one shoulder.
“I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed…I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.” Anything Hollywood
I don’t find anything wrong with the photo; in fact, it reminds me a little bit of a classic painting.
On a side note…is it just me, or do Elizabeth Hurley and Jessica Rabbit look like they could be related?

The angst of Ashley Dupree is MONEY and mo’ money. Joe Francis happens to have lots of it.
Miley Cyrus: I put responsibility (or lasck thereof) on her parents for the controversial pictorial. She’s STILL only 15 years old. My best guess is, they were pushing the envelope, for whatever reason, and it backfired. She’s 15 years old and just as human as the rest of us, including her parents.
Why is it so difficult for many to just own put and admit they made a bad decision, apologize and make ammends? Seems so much easier to do that way instead of trying to come up with reasons to excuse one’s behavior.

i dont believe miley should be critisized im a 15 year old and see how hard it must be for her maybe if people werent always so nosy about the syars they wouldnt know peoplle should give her a break so she made a mistake…i forgive people for their mistakes not because im weak but because im strong enough to know people make mistakes and nobodys perfect and joe jonas needs to quit having rumors spread about him if he and miley are dating thats their buisness not everyone elses i give miley props for being so mature about this… you go miley rock it cyyrus style
