Today is Monday, and as Mondays go, not such a bad one.

Today’s Hollywood Gossip Round Up has all our favorites: drunken celebrities getting busted, famous couples breaking up, celebrity babies being born, and of course, sex and money.

First off…drunken celebrities…

Khloe Kardashian is headed to jail this Friday for violating probation received as a result of a March 2007 DUI arrest. Yeah, I was surprised by that too – she totally slipped that one past us. If she had just done her community service and alcohol education classes, this story would never have hit the wires.

“Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved,” Khloe’s attorney tells TMZ.com.

Then there’s Josh Brolin who was arrested, along with some movie mates, outside the Shreveport, LA nightclub Stray Cat for basically being drunk beyond words and participating in a bar fight, Wild West style.

According to Shreveport Police patrol report, officers were called … just after 2 a.m. to deal with a rowdy patron.

As more officers arrived, several other patrons at the bar, including Brolin and fellow actor Jeffrey Wright, 42, tried to impede the officers, the report said. In all, the report named 10 officers called to the ruckus.

Brolin, Wright and four other people were charged with interfering with police, a misdemeanor. Brolin was booked into the city jail, and posted $334 cash bond to be released.

Next, celebrities breaking up…

After five years of making us and each other laugh, Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel have ended their relationship.

Their reps confirm the news saying, “Jimmy and Sarah will have no further comment.”

The pair met during a roast for Hugh Hefner and in 2002, Kimmel left his wife of 14 years, Gina, to start dating Sarah.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt had twins – one girl, one boy. How friggin’ perfect. So perfect, in fact, I feel like vomiting. This brings their brood to six children, for those keeping track.

The mayor of Nice, France, Christian Estrosi is eating up all of this publicity. He held a press conference yesterday showing the birth certificates for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s new spawn. Fraternal twins Knox Leon and daughter Vivienne Marcheline were born on Saturday just a minute apart from each other.

Ah, sex…

According to her brother, Madonna did not have an affair with Alex Rodriguez because, well, she’s Catholic. Uh, hmmm, I realize that Madonna was born and raised Catholic (in Detroit!), but I think she gave up those beliefs a while back. Like when she was making her SEX book and having a child out of wedlock with the first guy who agreed to give her sperm. But I could be wrong.

“First of all—despite everything else, she’s still a Catholic girl,” he said.

“It seemed absurd to me, truly,” Ciccone said.

“I think that he was interested in Kaballah, to be honest,” he said. “I doubt that this is actually an affair. I really doubt that she had any—I’m, I’m sure she had nothing to do with the breakup of their marriage.”

In 1991, Dr. Dre and Suge Knight came together to form what was to be one of the most influential record labels of the time and genre in Death Row…also provided the starting point for Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound (Daz and Kurupt) and 2Pac. At its peak, Death Row was the undisputed heavyweight when it came to Gangsta Rap.

… of the hundreds of millions of dollars Death Row produced, large portions were claimed in court lawsuits by people who provided start up money and were never given a share of the revenue. This ended with Knight declaring bankruptcy (137M owed, only 4M in assets) and the record label was put up for auction. Today, Death Row was purchased, masters and all for $24 million by Global Music Group.
