The Family That Does Meth Together Gets Busted Together.

Wow, and we all thought crack head Tatum was the O’Neal with the most problems.

Looks like Tatum’s half-brother Redmond is giving her a run for the money, and her father Ryan has decided to get in on the act.

If you recall, Redmond O’Neal was arrested back in January on charges of driving under the influence and drug possession; it was his second drug related arrest. Not at all a perfect creature, Ryan has his own sorted past, including physically attacking his other son Griffin with a fireplace poker (and pimping out his young daughter, if you believe Tatum’s autobiography).

This latest arrest involves Ryan, Redmond, meth, and a routine probation visit. I’m all for father/son bonding, but come on!

“This morning, deputies were doing a routine sweep to make sure Redmond was adhering to his probation,” sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said. “Upon searching the premises, the younger O’Neal was found in possession of narcotics. Later, a vial of drugs were found in the elder O’Neal’s bedroom. We believe the drugs found were methamphetamines.”

Both Ryan, 67, and Redmond, 23, are being held at a local sheriff’s station in lieu of $10,000 bail each.
