Remember when you were younger and you could drink all night and still get up early the next day and actually be productive? Oh, how I miss those days.
Now, thanks to Hangover Buster, I can start drinking during the week again. Wine of the month club, here I come!
Hangover Buster, is an over-the-counter effervescent tablet that is specially formulated as the healthy way to prevent hangover symptoms such as nausea, headache, excessive thirst, fatigue, muscle ache and sensitivity to light and noise. A package of Hangover Buster® includes three individually foil-wrapped tablets, to be dissolved only in room temperature water and taken after an evening of alcohol consumption but before bedtime. For best results consume two tablets.

Hmmmmm….Hangover Buster. Gee, it’s ingredients remind me a lot of what’s in Emergen-Cs. I found out quite by accident, that Emergen-C is also great after an indulgent night of drinking alcohol. I think I doubled the amount of the suggested daily recommendation though. But they come about 48 in a box so what the hey. It worked for me.
Oh, a tip my grandpa gave me years ago was to take two tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil before going out drinking. It helps by lining the stomach, so the alcohol content doesn’t get at ya quite so hard. I tried it once. I didn’t get so drunk after 3 drinks, but let that be my limit.
