I just heard a blurb on the news about charges against Michael Phelps will be dropped because prosecutors can't prove that was MARIJUANA in the BONG (or water pipe.) Which of us has NEVER broken a law? Did we ever go over the speed limit at any time? At some point, we probably have but there was no cop to catch us. How many have had a drink or two at a bar after work and then driven home? I don't see the police hanging around bars to pull someone over to give them a breathalizer test. I wonder how many would fail? I agree with the post above by coffee. People should not look to celebrities to be their moral guide. I also agree with your article, Hilary. But here you go, the police come into possession of a photo (of a "celebrity" no less!) of someone doing something illegal, so they're going to trounce on that to do their job. Yeah, right!
