Hee hee hee..... I just heard a blurb on the news about charges against Michael Phelps will be dropped because prosecutors can't prove that was MARIJUANA in the BONG (or water pipe.) Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk....probably one of the easiest ways to get out of a police f'up. Lucky it's legit! ;-)

Evidence is gone, like up in smoke…... Ha ha ha ha ha! (Mybad.)

Poor Michael. Which of us has NEVER broken a law? Did we ever go over the speed limit at any time? At some point, we probably have but there was no cop to catch us. How many have had a drink or two at a bar after work and then driven home? I don't see the police hanging around bars to pull someone over to give them a breathalizer test. I wonder how many would fail?

I agree with the post above by coffee. People should not look to celebrities to be their moral guide.

I also agree with your article, Hilary. The police should spend their time trying to solve "real" crimes. Like the remains (skull and bones)found, of nurse, Maria Fernandez, who had been missing for months!

But here you go, the police come into possession of a photo (of a "celebrity" no less!) of someone doing something illegal, so they're going to trounce on that to do their job. Yeah, right! I see that more as a publicity stunt, is my opinion.
