Anyone who would harm a child deserves nothing but the worst. Put her in prison for a few years and let the most hardcore women in the system have at her (on second thought she is probably looking forward to that!) and then execute her. I normally do not condone the death penalty but I think disgusting, deviant sexual behavior on a child warrants it. No counselling, no lethal injection, rather dust off the electric chair.
