Cindy Crawford’s husband of 11 years, business mogul Rande Gerber is being sued for sexual harassment by two female ex-employees.
Usmagazine.com has confirmed that a lawsuit was filed in San Diego County Superior Court this past March by a two former waitresses.
TMZ.com was the first to break the story, reporting that the women claim they were fired from a restaurant that Rande Gerber’s company owned for refusing to give in to sexual advances from Gerber and restaurant managers.
According to TMZ one of the complainants claims that on one occasion in 2008, while working at the Moonstone Lounge in San Diego, Rande Gerber attempted to kiss her three times during the night, then “put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch.”
The two women are reportedly suing for unspecified damages.
“These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless,” a Gerber Group spokesperson told Us in a statement Friday. “This lawsuit has no merit.”
