Christina Ricci No Longer Engaged And Kim Kardashian Never Was

To be engaged, or not to be…..

Cute little Christina Ricci and her way taller fiancé Owen Benjamin have ended their engagement.

According to a source close to the couple, Ricci and Benjamin called it quits this past weekend.

“Owen had a birthday party this past Sunday, and everything seemed fine. Sometime after, they got into a fight and decided to reevaluate things. [Then] the engagement was off,” says a source close to the couple.

Another source close to the actress says the pair called off the engagement before last week. “They really are still close,” adds the source. “They talk almost every day. It was a very mature decision and they both felt good about it. They’re definitely still friends.”

The end of a relationship is sad, but geez, these guys were only dating for like a year.

I’m so sick of people being together for a year or two then getting engaged then breaking up. Hello people!! Stop getting engaged unless you’re really, really sure. You’re pissing me off.

Supposedly someone spotted Kim Kardashian in a jewelry store the other day, so of course that means she and Reggie Bush are engaged, and poor Kim was at the store buying her own engagement ring. I mean, it couldn’t possibly be that she wanted a new pair of earrings or something.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush have been together for more than a year so that means anytime either one of them is seen within a mile of jewelry store, they’re getting married.

Kim Kardashian got wind of the rumor and quickly took to her official blog to squash it.

“I’m not engaged!” the brunette beauty declared in an entry posted late Wednesday.

Kim blames the wedding confusion on her overworked rep, who she says confirmed the engagement scoop to roving reporters without speaking to her client first.

“It’s totally my publicist’s fault…,” Kim writes. “[My publicist] said she gets so many wedding requests she thought we were actually engaged. The rumors about me picking out my ring already are also not true! I don’t know where all this comes from!”
