Is That A Wonkette In Your Pocket, Or Are You Just Happy To See Me?

Went to a blogger meetup tonight in Stockton, CA; I met a bunch of great people and learned about some cool stuff that – by some divine miracle – I’ve survived this long without.

Now that I’m home, all the information is racing around in my brain trying to decide what to do. So I’ve decided to watch The Fast and the Furious, and do a little exploration on Wonkette – a humorous political blog I was told about at the meetup.

I checked it out, and just as I was told it would be, Wonkette is hilarious. If you’ve ever wondered what the Daily Show on crack would be like, Wonkette is it. And I say that with all the love in world.

Basically, Wonkette grabs onto a D.C. headline and runs with it, taking the sarcasm level to new heights.

Buyers beware, if you take politics seriously and are unable to laugh at the absurdity of it all, perhaps Wonkette is not for you.
