Super hot Grey’s Anatomy actor Eric Dane, 36, and his wife of five years Rebecca Gayheart, 38, (the Noxema Girl) are the latest celebrity couple to be caught up in a celebrity sex tape scandal.

Except this time, there’s a third person thrown into the mix – Miss Teen USA turned Playboy model turned alleged madam Kari Ann Peniche, 25.

The video, which you can see in its edited version at the Defamer, shows the trio lounging around on the bed in Peniche’s apartment discussing what their porn star names would be.

Eric Dane is clearly naked, whereas Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Ann Peniche start with some clothes on, but then end up naked and in the bathtub.

All three are also – quite clearly – high as kites.

We all know that celebrity sex tapes are nothing new, nor are inebriated celebrities talking nonsense on camera. However, the fact that there are three celebrities in this celebrity sex tape makes it a bit more interesting and entertaining to talk about.

Sort of sad I’m so desensitized; hearing about a celebrity sex tape doesn’t even make me flinch anymore.

Almost as fast as the news of the Eric Dane tape hit the internet, the lawyers hit back – of course.

[Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart's] adorable lawyer Marty Singer hasn’t sent [Defamer] any legal threats yet, but he did get on the phone with TMZ to issue a threat against, well, us because the tape is “private, confidential.” I haven’t heard from him but you do have to chuckle when a man speaks of what he knows:

“From what I’ve seen it’s a naked tape, not a sex tape.” Singer added, ‘At most it’s 3 people maybe wanting to have sex.”
