Well, it’s official – Michael Jackson’s death was a homicide.

ho•mi•cide
1 : a person who kills another
2 : the killing of one human being by another

criminal homicide: homicide committed by a person with a criminal state of mind (as intentionally, with premeditation, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence)

deliberate homicide: homicide caused purposely and knowingly —used in Montana

negligent homicide: homicide caused by a person’s criminally negligent act

According to law enforcement sources quoted by the Associated Press, Michael Jackson’s death has been ruled a homicide.

Search warrant affidavits that were unsealed on Monday in a Houston, TX court show that the Los Angeles coroner’s office found lethal levels of the powerful anesthetic propofol in Michael Jackson’s blood; the official coroner’s report is sealed due to the ongoing investigation.

Ruling the death of Michael Jackson a homicide could very well lead to criminal charges against the pop star’s doctor Conrad Murray, who has already admitted he gave propofol to MJ the morning he died – as well as every night for the previous six weeks.

The question now is if Dr. Murray’s decision to give Michael Jackson propofol as a sleep aid, and outside of a hospital, would be classified as negligence for an involuntary manslaughter charge.

Murray told LAPD detectives he was nervous Jackson was becoming addicted to propofol, so he was trying to wean him off. He’d been lowering the dosages and mixing it with two other sedatives, lorazepam and midazolam. He says on June 23, he gave Jackson two medications and withheld propofol.

On June 25 — the day Jackson died — Murray gave Jackson a number of sedatives. When none worked, he gave him a dose of propofol, according to court records.

On the morning Jackson died, Murray gave Jackson valium at 1:30 a.m. When that was unsuccessful, he injected lorazepam intravenously at 2 a.m. At 3 a.m., he gave the still-awake singer midazolam. He continued to try different drugs over the course of the morning.

At 10:40 a.m., Murray gave Jackson 25 milligrams of propofol — down from his usual dosage of 50 milligrams — after Jackson repeatedly demanded the drug, court records show.

The preliminary report from the coroner’s office makes it appear Dr. Murray kept giving Michael Jackson drugs on nearly an hourly basis. Whether Michael asked/demanded the drugs or not, I believe Dr. Murray crossed the line of his oath to “do no harm.” Michael’s dead. Dr. Murray was completely irresponsible. And he wasn’t alone.

Dr. Arnie Klein comes to mind. I saw him on Larry King Live saying he had given Michael drugs. Who knows what or how much? I think he should be held accountable as well as culpable.

Elvis died from prescription drugs. Anna Nicole Smith, Heath Ledger and Michael Jackson in recent years. WHEN are the doctors ever going to be held responsible for their actions of over prescribing drugs to their patients, causing their deaths?

    Grrrrrrrrrrr

We have to give the man his due: Michael Jackson was – beyond a shadow of a doubt – a great artist whose recorded legacy will endure for decades, maybe even a century or more. But an examination of his life is riddled with questions of all that might have been; all that should have been. It is more than likely that this was a severely mentally ill human being who never sought the treatment he so desperately needed; surrounded by fawning sycophants who enabled his sickness by constantly reassuring him that he could do no wrong. As John Lennon once said in the same context about Elvis Presley, another victim of the excesses of fame: “It’s always the courtiers that kill the king”.

The sad, inescapable truth is that for reasons we will probably never be able to fully understand, his talent and his career were ultimately wasted. Like Charlie Parker, Montgomery Clift, Judy Garland and Lenny Bruce before him, his brilliance as an artist would be overshadowed by severe, psychological torment and an unexplainable desire for self-destruction. Therein lies the real, unspeakable tragedy of Michael Jackson.

All of these conspiracy theorists that state the Mossad and the Jews killed Michael Jackson are totally anti-semitic and a lynch squad. These idiots are still parroting on and on about how they think that now that Michael Jackson’s death has officially been called a homicide, that they freaked out and arranged to pay off Dr. Conrad Murray an obscene amount of money to take the fall, like some “patsy” like Lee Harvey Oswald, with the promise that they would line up the best lawyers/corrupt judges to preside over his case in Los Angeles, thus ensuring that he would ultimately walk away from the whole thing with no real jail time. These racists and anti-semites go on an on about how it was actually Dr. Neil Ratner, a member of the Mossad’s “sayanim” network who actually did the killing because Michael Jackson dared to perform and practice the very anti-semitic song “They Don’t Care About Us” tons of times days before he was killed, against the wishes and threats by the Anti-Defamation League ten years ago, and against the Jewish communities’ warnings to him to never sing that song again, every few years. What a bunch of racist myopic losers.
