It’s official, DJ AM fell victim to an accidental drug overdose.

Medical Examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove told People:

“We’ve done the testing and investigation in conjunction with the NYPD and in our opinion this was an accidental overdose rather than suicide.”

According to some friends, Jessica Simpson and fallen into a depression since the sudden and tragic death of her little dog Daisy.

“Jessica has a very small inner circle,” the friend said. “But she always had Daisy. Daisy gave her unconditional love.”

The celebrity who has perhaps taken the biggest fall in recent weeks is Conan O’Brien, who literally fell – and fell hard – while taping a segment for his late night talk show; he even suffered a concussion.

Part of the segment was taped outside of the studio, culminating with the pair running in swimwear through the audience back onto the stage, where O’Brien slipped on the floor and fell backwards, hitting his head.
