Freelance Berkeley Escrow Coordinator – Transaction Coordinator

Real Estate transactions can be stressful and it’s really important that all the T’s are crossed and the I’s dotted. When you’re a busy agent some details might get missed. That’s where I come in as a Berkeley Escrow Coordinator.

I have worked in the real estate field for seven years and fully understand the escrow process; I am also very organized and have a great attention to detail. Having gone through the process myself as both a buyer and a seller, I know how important it is to have a smooth escrow.

For a flat fee of $300* per file I will handle your escrow from beginning to end.

Open escrow with Title Company
Order inspections and reports
Ensure all disclosures are filled out and signed properly
Ensure all deadlines are met

As your Berkeley Escrow Coordinator it’s my job to take the worry out of the escrow process so you can concentrate on what you do best – making homeownership dreams come true.

*My fee is included in the closing costs of the transaction; it is the agent’s responsibility to inform their client of this fee.
