Andy Dick Arrested For Sexual Abuse

Oh Andy, Andy, Andy…..will you ever learn to keep your hands to yourself?

Clearly the lesson has not been learned thus far, hence the arrest of Andy Dick during the early morning hours of January 23rd in West Virginia on suspicion of sexual abuse against two men.

Andy Dick was taken into custody around 4:00 a.m. after two men told police Dick had groped them at an establishment by the name of Rum Runners.

According to a press release issued at 12:26 p.m. Saturday from the Huntington Police Department, officers responded to a call to investigate “two alleged incidents of a patron engaging in non-consensual sexual contact with a bar employee and another patron.”

“Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims’ genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree,” the press release stated.

The owner of the comedy club Huntington Funny Bone, who bailed him out, said, “We were at Rum Runners for literally 10 minutes. Nothing happened there except walking through the door and sitting at the bar.”

Dick is due in court on February 2nd on the charges. If he is convicted he could face up to 5 years in jail.

The only statement Andy Dick has given on the matter so far is a message delivered by Dr. Drew via Twitter.

Man, I really hope Andy Dick gets his sh*t together. This arrest is totally gonna mess with his probation. Maybe Robert Downey, Jr. needs to call him.
