From what I can tell, the answer is NO. But I’ve been known to be wrong about such things in the past, so if you’ve got a hankering to visit Walmart on Christmas 2011, be sure to verify the hours of your local Walmart:

According to the information I’ve been able to gather, Walmart is open on Christmas Eve, closed on Christmas Day, and opens again the day after Christmas at 5:00am.
In fact, the day after Christmas is the start of ‘Walmart’s Biggest Clearance Event of the Year’, which lasts until Monday, January 2, 2012 at 8:00am.
