Lane Garrison was released from prison last Wednesday, April 29th, after serving time for a DUI conviction stemming from a fatal 2006 crash in which Garrison was the driver. The former Prison Break actor was greeting by family and friends as he left California Correctional Institute in Tehachapi a little before 4:00 a.m. Later he was surrounded by loved ones at a welcome home party hosted by Joe and Tina Simpson. Designer Doug Wilson of TLC’s Trading Spaces was arrested Tuesday night in Illinois on DUI charges. According to a spokeswoman for the Decatur County Jail, Wilson was pulled over at approximately 1 a.m. after he failed to yield to a police vehicle, which had its lights and sirens wailing. The cops took the interior designer into custody and charged him with all sorts of infractions: aggravated DUI, driving on a suspended license, failing...

Somewhere between 2:30 and 3:00 Sunday morning, Shia LaBeouf was attempting to make a left turn when his truck made contact with another vehicle, causing his truck to flip. Actress and drinker extraordinaire, Michelle Rodriguez, has been released from jail after serving only 17 days of her 180 day sentence. An early release seems to be the norm these days in Hollywood – remember Lindsay Lohan’s 18 hours and Nicole Richie’s 84 minutes? The Judge in this case ruled that under no circumstances should Michelle be released early, but obviously the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office doesn’t care much... 

Former Prison Break actor, Lane Garrison, has been sentenced to spend the next three years and four months inside a real prison because of a horrible and tragic choice he made. Last December, the 27-year-old was driving under the influence of alcohol and (some reports say) cocaine when he jumped the curb and hit a tree.
