Lindsay Lohan is up to some of her old tricks again; partying all night and stumbling around as the sun begins to rise. The other day she went to a friend’s house at the insane time of 3:30 a.m. to party, and was so blinded by the flashing blubs of the paparazzi that she tripped on the stairs and practically fell into a cactus.
