According to the owner of Eddie’s Pharmacy in Los Angeles, Brittany Murphy and her family were cut off from pharmacy services just four months before Brittany’s death because he “thought there was going to be an accident.” And why would he think such a thing? Oh, I don’t know ….. maybe because the actress – who used the alias Lola Manilow Murphy – was receiving no fewer than 200 pills a month between Jan ’08 and Aug ’09.... 

In surprising, but sadly not exactly shocking news, actress Brittany Murphy died today of apparent cardiac arrest. It’s being reported that a call was made to 911 early Sunday morning from Brittany Murphy’s L.A. home; the call is said to have been placed by her husband Simon Monjack.
