Signing loan documents can be stressful for even the most experienced
borrower. Let’s face it, loans involve large sums of money, and it can be nerve
racking to attach your name to such things; especially if you don’t fully
understand the documents you are signing. You need someone who knows where
you’re coming from and the fears you have.
Having worked in the real estate and mortgage fields for the past five years, as everything from receptionist to marketing assistant, to escrow coordinator, I have a unique take on the loan process and am able to see both sides of the coin.
My knowledge of loans and the documents that go along with them, partnered with my notary license, makes me a valuable tool in your loan escrow process. Loan documents need to be understood, signed, and notarized – I can help you with all three.
Charges for loan document signings are determined on a case by case basis. The more traveling and couriering involved, the higher the fee. Loan document signing fees can range anywhere from $100 to $350 per session. These fees are on top of my normal Notary fee of $10.00 per signature.
