I have on-site office hours Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00 pm, at 2180 W.
Grant Line Rd in Tracy; walk-ins accepted as time allows.
I am also available for evening and weekend mobile notary needs, by appointment only.
Notary charges are $10.00 per signature at the office. I charge $75.00 per notary session in Tracy or Manteca, plus the $10 per signature if I have to travel to you. If traveling outside of my immediate area, an extra $1.25 per mile is added for my round trip travel. Payment in full is required when I arrive whether we are able to get the docs signed or not.

OK: ID says Bob Arnold Adams and the document says Bob A Adams
NOT OK: ID says Bob A Adams and the document says Bob Arnold Adams
The ID can have more information for the name than the document, but not less.

- $10.00 per signature. “Per signature” means every time you sign your name on the document, you are charged the standard California fee of $10.00. If you sign your name two different places, its $20.00, three times is $30.00, and so on.
- All documents must be completely filled out prior to meeting with me. I am not a lawyer and cannot advise you on how to fill out any paperwork.
- All signers must be able to provide a valid picture ID with current name and address information.**
- Be prepared to give a right thumb print as well as affirm to the accuracy of the information contained within the document you will be signing.
